All products listed on AHVAN are authentic handcrafted items sourced from artisans in Kutch, Gujarat. Due to the manual nature of Bandhani, Batik, and Ajrakh processes, slight variations in color and pattern are expected and celebrated as hallmarks of genuine craftsmanship.
- Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise specified.
- Availability: Product availability is subject to stock on hand. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is unexpectedly out of stock.
- Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.
3. Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A binding contract is not formed until we confirm your order and dispatch it from our facility in Bhuj.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: fraud prevention, inventory errors, or suspicious payment activity.
