The brand name AHVAN, the distinctive stylized AHVAN wordmark, logomarks, monograms, and all associated brand elements, graphics, icons, slogans, and trade dress displayed on this website (https://ahvan.co) are the exclusive intellectual property rights, trademarks, and registered assets of Nishant Patar & Ahvan Industrial, headquartered in Bhuj, Kachchh, Gujarat, India.
All rights are strictly reserved globally. The absence of a trademark symbol (™ or ®) next to any of our brand assets does not constitute a waiver of our intellectual property rights regarding that specific name, design, or asset.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Usage
You are expressly prohibited from using, copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, distributing, or modifying our trademarks or trade dress in any manner without our explicit, prior written consent.
Strictly Prohibited Activities Include:

- Using our trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service that does not belong to us, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits our platform.
- Configuring paid search campaigns, keyword bidding strategies, or digital advertisements targeting our exact brand terms to divert organic commerce traffic.
3. Trade Dress & Product Motif Protection
The unique visual presentation, user interface layout, typography choices, and color configurations of the AHVAN digital storefront constitute our protected corporate Trade Dress under applicable common law and statutory frameworks.
Furthermore, while historical heritage patterns of Bandhani, Batik, and Ajrakh belong fundamentally to the collective craft lineage of the Kachchh region, the specific curated photographic assets, unique product styling alignments, proprietary digital mockups, and signature structural design combinations featured across our collections are proprietary creative properties and are actively defended against digital duplication.
4. Trademark Infringement Policy
